ABOUT VILLA MAGARIT
Villa Magerit is a flat and easy 5 minutes walk from La Mata's beautiful sandy beach that stretches as far as the eye can see. It is in a small, gated, family orientated development with a lovely, large communal pool and garden. There is gated parking and plenty of public parking available outside.
Inside you will find a high standard of equipment, fittings, and linens to meet all of your needs. The roof solarium has a kitchen area with sink and now has a stylish awning with curtains. 2 large sun loungers are also on the roof.
The front sun canopy is now electrically powered.

La Mata is a year-round, established town just North of Torrevieja. Popular with the Spanish it is an easy 35 minutes drive South from Alicante airport.
There is a long, wide wooden boardwalk with many lovely Spanish owned cafes & restaurants.
It has a huge, popular weekly market on Wednesday mornings.
As well as having a long, deep sandy beach La Mata is also surrounded on its other three sides by natural parks and salt lakes which are ideal for cycling, horse riding and walking round.
Even in the height of summer there is plenty of room for everyone. To the North and South there are natural sandy beaches with dunes, vegetation and wooden walkways.
